Gan Cheng Swee
Executive Chairman
Mr Gan Cheng Swee is the Chief Executive Director of Lionmas and has been a driving force behind the company’s growth since its early days.
Under his leadership, Lionmas has expanded from its first branch in 1993 into a multi-chain retail company. Today, the Group operates over 40 branches across Johor, Selangor, Melaka, and Negeri Sembilan, supported by its headquarters and factory warehouse facilities in Masai, Johor.
With a strong focus on operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and sustainable growth, Mr Gan has established Lionmas as a trusted regional retail brand. The Group employs approximately 200 staff members and continues to strengthen its market presence under his steady and visionary leadership.

Lim Ken Chai
Managing Director
Lim Ken Chai serves as the Managing Director of LionMas, providing strategic leadership and overseeing the Group’s overall business direction, financial stewardship, and operational performance. He is responsible for driving sustainable growth, strengthening governance frameworks, and ensuring disciplined execution across the organization.
With a strong background in finance and corporate management, Mr Lim emphasizes structured decision-making, risk management, and long-term value creation. His leadership approach balances analytical precision with practical business insight, enabling the Group to remain resilient and competitive in a dynamic retail environment.
Mr Lim is a Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA), and a Member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), reflecting his strong professional commitment to governance and financial excellence.
Neoh Choo Cheong
General Manager
Neoh Choo Cheong serves as the General Manager of LionMas, overseeing the company’s overall business operations, nationwide retail performance, and profit and loss management. He leads operational strategy and cross-functional execution across the organisation, ensuring alignment between business objectives, operational excellence, and customer experience.
With extensive experience in retail operations and organisational leadership, Neoh focuses on strengthening execution discipline, enhancing operational efficiency, and building scalable systems to support sustainable business growth. Working closely with senior leadership, he translates strategic priorities into actionable initiatives that reinforce service consistency and market competitiveness.
Neoh brings deep institutional knowledge and hands-on expertise, having grown alongside the company for over 15 years. He joined LionMas in 2009 as an Operations Executive and progressed through key leadership roles, including Branch Manager (2011), Area Manager (2012), Operations Manager (2014), and Furniture Division General Manager (2018), before being appointed General Manager in 2024.
He is committed to building a high-performance organisation driven by accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement, creating long-term value for customers, partners, and employees.

Head of People, Culture & Growth
Yen Gan serves as the Head of People, Culture & Growth at LionMas, leading organizational development, talent strategy, and high-performance culture to drive sustainable business growth.
Focusing on human capital, she is instrumental in aligning talent with long-term objectives. She has successfully led the development of comprehensive training ecosystems and performance-driven frameworks, ensuring LionMas’s retail network remains agile, disciplined, and competitive.
Yen brings a profound, multi-functional understanding of the business, having evolved with the company over 15 years. Joining LionMas in 2009 as a Marketing Executive, she progressed through key leadership roles—including HR Manager—before assuming her current position in 2024. Her background in both marketing and HR allows her to bridge operational excellence with people-centric leadership.
Her leadership is defined by an intuitive people-centric approach underpinned by operational rigor, fostering environments that deliver lasting value to all stakeholders.
